Though Hoffman welcomed the advanced technology Vandal Savage brought into the war effort, he still had his doubts. He did not like being disrespected by a newcomer with no apparent military education.
Following Savage's defeat, he had Adolf Hitler thawed out of his cryogenic stasis and restored to power.
