History
Frank tried his best to make Cassidy feel safe after her old lover and pyrotechnics expert, Garfield Lynns, was out to kill her, but all his hired help could not stop the stalker, and it was all up to Batman. After Lynns was arrested, Frank planned to use the publicity the case generated by hosting a series of fire-themed concerts, but Cassidy declined.
