Forum:New Skin, Part II

So, first of all, happy New Year to everyone. Secondly, how does everyone feel about a (tiny) change of skin? Let me know if you like this look. There are always improvement that can be made, in case someone is on the fence. The logo can be moved; other one can be added to the right side of the banner, etc. If someone wants to navigate in the site with that skin, then simply copy this code into your monaco subpage. • I think it's certainly a new, fresh take on our overall look. You don't see formatting like this on too many wikis, so I think taking this sort of unique angle would maybe draw first-time glancers in. I like it! --Matches Malone 20:14, 1 January 2009 (UTC)
• It looks interesting. ...Although I note it looks more like we have a Justice League fanpage than a DCAU fanpage. If it were possible to have a skin with character pictures that can link to each character's respecitive series it might be better, but if not, then this one works okay. • I have to agree. The banner looks too tall. Maybe you should cut off some of the black and leave the "Welcome to the Fan Made Guide to the DC Animated Universe" title on some of the characters. MrWhitman 17:30, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

The point of this forum was to discuss and propose improvements before I implemented the skin. That's why I asked you to test it yourselves... I can try to trim the banner a bit, but I can't do it overnight. ― Thailog 20:01, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
