Electrocutioner was struck by Fastball as Luthor released him, and he later zapped Bizarro with his powers. He was almost hit by an extinguisher carried by Luthor while he fought Atomic Skull. Strangely, Electrocutioner appeared to be in Luthor's group even while Killer Frost betrayed her comrades by freezing them. Background information
The depicted subject bears the likeness of Electrocutioner from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness.
