History[]
Drew was a school kid who had trouble with his boss, Warren. He frequented Dr. Stanton's sessions at the Gotham Youth Counseling Center, where he spoke freely about it. This was picked up by Payback, who planned to do something about it. At closing time, he walked out of Warren's store and confronted him with his actions, just seconds after Warren had ordered Drew to do overtime or be fired. Drew watched helplessly as the tall man rampaged through Warren's store, but Payback told him he was no target and he shouldn't worry.
