History

Dr. Moon was recruited by Cadmus and Lex Luthor to be a division head. Apparently, Moon replaced Dr. Hugo Strange when Strange became unavailable. His task was to determine how much information the Question had read from Cadmus files. During a week, Moon tortured the Question via a torture machine, but he couldn´t obtain anything. Superman and the Huntress arrived to save the Question. Moon aimed at Superman and begged for mercy, but was knocked by Huntress, who almost killed him with her crossbow. When last seen, Moon was still being a member of Cadmus.
