Anderson and a security agent intercepted General Eiling when he wanted to enter the bio vault. He saw the general's access code was no longer valid. As he no longer had clearance to enter, Eiling took out the guard and forced Anderson to enter a correct code at gunpoint.
When Anderson saw that Eiling went straight for the Captain Nazi serum, he tried to warn him of the disfigurements they saw in test animals. Eiling ignored him, and Anderson managed to warn security. Eiling injected the serum and transformed into a behemoth. Though Anderson ordered security to kill him, they failed.
