Diana Muldaur (born August 19, 1938 in New York City, New York) is an American actress. A veteran Star Trek actress, Diana Muldaur appeared in two different roles in Star Trek: The Original Series, and as Dr. Katherine Pulaski in Season 2 of Star Trek: The Next Generation. In all of her Star Trek appearances, Muldaur always portrayed a character who has a doctorate degree; coincidentally, Muldaur voiced Leslie Thompkins, who also has a doctorate.
Diana Muldaur previously portrayed Rosalind Shays on L.A. Law, along with Harry Hamlin & Alan Rachins. Her character was notorious for her death scene, by falling down an elevator shaft.
