The depicted subject bears the likeness of Darkseid's elite from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU item was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the item's likeness.
In the comics, there were several other senior members of the elite, including Glorious Godfrey: Darkseid's agent on Earth, Amazing Grace (sister of Godfrey): his inside agent on potential rebellions, Doctor Bedlam: his chief scientist and Devilance the Pursuer: Darkseid's hunter. Godfrey is a human talk show host in the DCAU, while Grace, Bedlam, and Devilance did not appear in the fiction.
