Danny was a dimwitted janitor at S.T.A.R. Labs.

Danny did most of his janitorial tasks with his walkman on, and even smuggled it with him to the part of the lab where electronic devices were strictly prohibited—Livewire's cell. Immediately sensing electronic equipment in her vicinity, she coaxed Danny to her. Impressing him with her knowledge of music, she was at first not successful in getting him close enough, but after she played sad, Danny handed his walkman over to her. When she handed it back, the batteries were out. Before Danny could do anything, Livewire had already broken out and shocked him.
