Biography[]
Born in Conyers, Georgia, Fanning began acting at a young age, playing child roles in a number of films and TV series, including a recurring role on the series Taken. Shortly after her appearance on Justice League Unlimited, she gathered critical praise for her performance as the young heroine of the thriller film Hide And Seek, opposite Robert De Niro and Famke Janssen.
Her recent film work includes War of the Worlds, Charlotte's Web, The Secret Life of Bees, the Twilight Saga and the role of Cassie Holmes in Push. Her most recent voice work is the title role in the stop-motion animated film Coraline.
