The Administrators are users with extra privileges, such as the rollback feature, the ability to protect pages, block certain users, delete and merge pages, or edit the MediaWiki namespace. See Wikia's User access levels for more information.

Requests for Administratorship
Those wishing admin status should plead their case here under a separate section. If you think someone deserves admin status, you can nominate them, but admin status will not be granted unless the person accepts the nomination. Voting can take place any time after the nomination/self-nomination, and the period can last up to one week, unless there is an oppose vote.
Currently, potential administrators must have a unanimous vote of at least three users. A week after the third support vote is placed, a bureaucrat should be contacted in order to officially give administrator privileges to the user. If no vote is placed two weeks after a nomination, then the discussion is closed and the user is taken off of the nominations list and placed at the archive.
A user may be re-nominated a month after the previous nomination failed. If an oppose votes are given, up to two weeks may pass before closing the discussion, in case the opposed users change their mind. Oppose votes without valid reasons or from users with less than two weeks experience should be stricken. Support votes from users with less than two weeks experience should also be stricken, however a reason is not always necessary. The format for a request posting is included in the source code.
