D.J. Rock was a record producer and often a thief.
D.J. Rock was a successful music producer who lived in Dakota Hills. He made his profits by stealing songs of aspiring artists who have no means of legal retaliation. After an engineer at D-Town Records played a sample submitted by Adam Evans, Rock decided to use it for his star Ice-Pack's latest album. Evans hunted down the parties linked to his song as Rubberband Man and eventually found Rock. Rock lured him into his vault with the promise of unlimited financial compensation, and then locked him in with less than half an hour of air left. Static intervened and defeated them both. Rock was sent to jail which he bragged would just provide him street cred, only for Static to break the news that Rock's plagiarism has left him with unhappy parties to return to upon getting out.
