Cosmic Boy was a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 30th century. He possessed formidable magnetic powers.
History[]
In 2979, Cosmic Boy, Saturn Girl, and Chameleon Boy traveled back in time to 20th century Smallville to prevent Brainiac from murdering a young Clark Kent so that he would never have become Superman. Years later, Cosmic Boy and the rest of the Legion of Super-Heroes were aided by Supergirl, Green Lantern, and Green Arrow in defeating their arch enemies, the Fatal Five.
Powers and abilities[]
Cosmic Boy had the ability to control and manipulate metallic objects for any of a number of purposes. He could magnetize metals to restrain, melt, explode, or reshape their physical properties.
