History
Hoping to make a quick buck, Connor got a job with Rocco and Henshaw being a lookout and driver. He was shocked to learn that his actual boss was Joker, and when Batman and Robin arrived, he tried to get away. Joker fled in the escape vehicle, forcing Connor to run his way home. He just arrived to tell his wife and son to escape when Batman and Robin burst in. Robin could not accept that Batman roughed up Connor in front of his family, and walked out. Batman realized Robin may have had a point, and made sure Connor got an honest job as a security guard at Wayne Enterprises.
