Commissioner Henderson was the chief of the Metropolis Police Department.
History[]
When a young female officer was attacked on Old Ocean Road, the commissioner oversaw the investigation. He gave a quick interview with Clark Kent and was less than appreciative of the jokes of his young partner Jimmy.
The commissioner later attended the funeral of Dan Turpin.
