The "Bracelet Kobra" was a Kobra agent.
History
The unnamed Kobra member stood out from the other soldiers due to his skill and vigor. He also used weapons that normal soldiers wouldn't use, such as venom-tipped claws and electrified swords. He helped in the Kobra operation to kidnap Miguel Diaz.
