Binko was a Metropolis thug.
History[]
After several run-ins with Batman, Binko made a new life for himself in Metropolis, under gang boss Ceasar Carlini. All went well until the Joker came to Metropolis and muscled in on Carlini. Binko left, wanting to have nothing to do with the Gotham criminal.
In his search for the Joker, Batman tracked down Binko in a busy nightclub. He quickly took out all guards, and went on to question Binko, who did not know much as he gave little attention to what went on with his his old gang. Before Batman could interrogate Binko further, Superman interfered, and Binko made his getaway.
