History[]
During an experiment into nuclear fusion at the center, Morgan, his fiancée Mary Michaels and lab assistant Stuart Lowe were exposed to radiation with horrifying results. The transformed trio—now a group of heroes called the Terrific Trio—later returned there to trap their colleague Howard Hodges, who had been responsible for the incident.
