Batman was an android replica of the Batman of the Justice Lords created by the fusion of Lex Luthor and Brainiac.

Cadmus Crisis[]
At the height of the Cadmus Crisis, the founding Justice League members confronted fused form of Luthor and Brainiac to prevent them from destroying the planet in 'their' quest for ultimate knowledge. To hold the League at bay, they created android replicas of the Justice Lords to combat their League counterparts; among these was an android replica of Justice Lord Batman. The android Batman was destroyed as Batman throws his batarangs into his chest that the android exploded, thus was the second android to be destroyed.[1]
