History

Angela Chen was a reporter and news host, often seen broadcasting about current events that were happening in Metropolis. Lois Lane, another fellow reporter, wasn't a fan of Angela's, dismissing her as a gossip columnist.

Background information

Angela Chen supplanted Cat Grant in the show due to a desire to further diversify the cast of Superman: The Animated Series.
