Amp was a boy taken in by the Brain Trust.
History[]
The Brain Trust was drawn to Amp's ability to amplify the powers of others. Amp and Transita were trained, but managed to escape from the Brain Trust with the help of another new recruit, Relay. He was returned to his parents.
