Baldwin is also known for various film roles (such as Full Metal Jacket), playing Colonel John Casey in Chuck, and for playing the mercenary Jayne in Firefly and its spinoff feature film Serenity (alongside Morena Baccarin, Nathan Fillion and Gina Torres).
He is distantly related to the Baldwin brothers.[1]
Adam Baldwin voiced the role of Superman in the 2007 animated film Superman: Doomsday, and the video game DC Universe Online. He also voiced Hal Jordan in Injustice: Gods Among Us and Rick Flagg in Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate.
According to the audio commentary for Superman: Doomsday, Baldwin was originally considered for the voice of Superman in Superman: The Animated Series. Ultimately he was unavailable at the time and Tim Daly got the role instead.
