The Ace company ran several establishments in Gotham City, including the Ace Chemical Plant and Ace Waste Disposal Plant.
History
The chemical plant was the site of the accident that created the Joker, and 7 years later also the Creeper. The Joker(normal human) was accidentally pushed into the acid by batman. Then 7 years later the Joker pushed Jack Ryder into the acid. This caused Ryder to become the creeper wanting revenge on Joker for pushing him in acid.
